Decorate a bedroom, powder room or entryway with this elegant antique mirror. Crafted in the Burgundy region of France circa 1860, the large gilt mirror has traditional lines with rounded corners; the rectangular thick frame is decorated with a discrete and unusual engraved laurel leaf motif throughout and embellished with bead decor around the frame. The Louis Philippe wall decor is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, dressed with glass and wood backing from later addition, and adorns a rich and luxurious patinated gold leaf finish. New wire in the back for easy handling and installation. Versatile, the Louis Philippe mirror could be placed over a small mantel, in a bathroom or hallway. Measures: 30.5″W x 43.25″H.
