Decorate a coffee table with this elegant and beautiful antique tray. Crafted in France, circa 1870 and round in shape, the colorful tray features a hand painted center medallion depicting an illustrated, detailed harbor scene in the manner of Claude Joseph Vernet (1714-1789); the tray is further embellished with a ring of gilt painted vine leaves surrounding the painting. The tray table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns rich colors over a rouge background associated with gilt accents. 17.5″ Diameter
