This elegant, antique wall hanging trumeau was crafted in France circa 1880. Above the square mirror, you’ll see a hand painted canvas featuring an interior scene with two women working. In the composition, the women are surrounded by traditional country French decorative arts including a grandfather clock, armoire and decorative plates over wood burning fire place. The beige painted frame is embellished with ornate, carved mounts including a fruit basket and gardener tools.
