Each canvas depicts “l’art de la table,” One scene features a seafood table with an oyster plate, a red lobster, cheese in a dome, and several wine bottles. The other complementary composition depicts a typical French dessert arrangement with a fruit basket, homemade cookies, champagne and wine bottles and glasses. The food and drink pair of paintings have matching frames and are signed in the lower corner by the artist, P. Hemet. The realistic, timeless paintings are in excellent condition with rich colors.
