About
This elegant antique console was crafted in France, circa 1810. Standing on turned front columns ending in round feet, and pilaster legs in the rear over a stretcher platform bottom shelf, the narrow table built of mahogany wood, features two large drawers across the front dressed with the original bronze handles; the surface is dressed with a variegated grey marble top. Versatile, this console table could be placed against the wall in an entry, office or hallway. The table is a little warped. The bottom draw is a little warped and one of the back legs is warped but does not affect the stability of the piece which remains very stable. Measures: 36.25″ W x 15.75″ D x 32.5″ H.
