Decorate a table or a buffet with this elegant and colorful antique vase. Crafted in China circa 1880, the vessel sits on a four-leg wooden base with scrolled feet; it features an enamel body in a traditional ‘garlic-head’ form of tripartite form, with a pinched stem, an ovoid body, and a flaring neck decorated with two ormolu dragon figures. The tall urn is decorated with four circular pierced gilt bronze ormolu medallions wrought into reticulated cloud scrolls. The tall vase has a rich blue enamel background and features cloisonné enamel floral and fish motifs, encompassed by gold wire. The large vase is in excellent condition, and adorn a rich patinated finish. 10.25″ Diameter 21.5″H with stand.
