Decorate a buffet or dining table with this elegant colorful ceramic cache pot. Crafted in France, circa 1870 and oval in shape, the antique jardinière stands on a removable wooden base. Dressed with lion head form handles over scalloped and gadrooned body, the pink faience planter is decorated with very detailed hand painted putti motifs on both sides, including landscape medallions. The large flower recipient is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns wonderful pastel colors throughout. Original zinc liner. Measures: 18.5″ W x 9″ D x 9″ H.
