This elegant, antique bookcase was crafted in Paris, France, circa 1870. The traditional display cabinet built of two separate parts, rests on a straight bottom plinth base. The top vitrine with glass panel doors is dressed with three adjustable shelves on both sides of a center divider. The bottom buffet features two carved double doors with arched recessed panels; opening the doors reveals inside shelving for ultimate storage. The tall and narrow cabinet is in excellent condition commensurate with ange and use, and adorns a rich textured patinated painted finish in a grey and white palette. Place the bookcase in a living room or study for the perfect combination of display and storage. Measures: 75″ W x 17.35″ D x 93.25″ H.
