Decorate an entryway or a living room with this elegant and colorful antique console table. Created in Provence, Southern France circa 1880, the large table stands on cabriole legs decorated with acanthus leaves at the shoulder, and ending with escargot feet. The bombe serpentine apron is decorated with an exquisite hand carved shell motif flanked with foliage and acorn decor. Both sides are embellished with a scalloped decor. The wide and deep surface is dressed with a shaped variegated “Pierre de Bourgogne” marble top (Burgundy stone). The Louis XV table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich two tone patinated painted finish in the yellow palette. It has exquisite carvings and dressed with a beautiful stone top! Measures: 60″W x 31″D x 32″H.
