Place this interesting and detailed fruit wood table next to a couch or in a corner. Crafted in France, circa 1880, the antique side table has eight sides, a shaped apron and four turned legs connected with a four-armed stretcher across the bottom decorated with a central finial. The occasional table has a small drawer with a simple wooden knob on the front, and the top is dressed with a marquetry border embellished with original inset black slate. The octagonal table is excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina; versatile, it could work nicely in any game room, living room or study. Measures: 26″ W x 26″ D x 25″ H.
