This elegant and large antique sugar bowl was crafted in France, circa 1870. Made of copper with silver plate and cut crystal, the dish sits on a square base over round feet. It features two intricate handles decorated with leaf fruit motifs and the removable arched shape top has a small handle at the pediment. The candy recipient, or drageoir, is in excellent condition with a rich silvered finish. Measures: 9.75″ W x 6.75″ D x 9.75″ H.
