Decorate a fireplace or mantel hearth with this antique “duck-shaped handles” fireplace tool set. Crafted in France circa 1920 and built of solid brass, the “Serviteur” sits on a rectangular bottom base decorated with geometric motifs and ending with small bracket feet; it is further embellished with a gallery around the perimeter. The set includes four tools, shovel, brush, tongs and poker, all decorated with duck head finials over a central ornate stem embellished with a duck face handle. The Napoleon III style fireplace essential is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich patinated gilt finish. A wonderful addition for a ranch or hunting lodge, or a must for any avid duck hunter! Measures: 9.5″W x 5.5″D x30.5″H.
