Decorate a wine cellar with this antique wine table. Created in the wine Bordeaux region of France, circa 1920, the table stands on a polished steel iron pedestal base with paw feet. The surface is a wine barrel top made of oak and strapped with the original metal; the round top is embellished with painted words including the inscription “Chateau Montrose”. The side table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, with lots of character and a rich patinated finish. Château Montrose is a winery in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of the Bordeaux region of France. The wine produced here was classified as one of fourteen Deuxièmes Crus (Second Growths) in the original Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855. Measures: 27″ diameter 30.5″ height.
