This elegant, vintage rolling bar cart was created in France, circa 1950 and attributed to Maison Bagues. The rectangular dessert table stands on large back spoked wheels, and two smaller front caster wheels for easy mobility, all with rubber tires. The table features a brass frame with intricate detailing, including a raised pierced edge around the top tray to prevent items from falling off. The top deck dressed with clear glass features a convenient utilitarian handle to easily move the cart around and it is decorated with a brass pierced gallery rim. The cart table is practical and convenient, and could be used to hold bottles and glasses, or to serve cheese, dessert or tea during or after a meal.
