Decorate a shelf with these 2 pair of vintage decorative plates from Brittany, France. Crafted circa 1980, each faience plate is hand painted and features Breton people in traditional costumes in the style of Quimper pottery. The plates are signed on the back by “Pornic French Heritage France”. They are in excellent condition with rich colors in the white, blue, green and yellow palette. Traditional, but in constant creativity, the Faïencerie de Pornic produces a very diverse range, which you can admire the quality and freshness, at the table, in some of the many restaurants that dot the resort. A family business founded in 1947, continuing a 3 centuries old tradition. La Faïencerie remains one of the last French factories to hand-paint and specializes in the personalization of products.
