Crafted in Provence, France circa 1960, the antique fruitwood piano bench stands on cabriole legs decorated with floral motifs at the shoulder, and ending with escargot feet. The bombe scalloped apron and curved sides are decorated with hand carved shell and foliage motifs. The seat is upholstered with coral pink velvet fabric embellished with decorative brass nailheads. The elegant bench is in excellent condition with a rich walnut patina. Place this versatile bench at the foot of a bed, or use it for extra seating in a den, or place it behind a piano. Measures: 35″ W x 13.5″ D x 18.5″ H.
